FACILITATOR TRAINING

Through a unique training model for educators, facilitators, and parents, we provide structured yet creative tools to guide children and teens in authentic expression, self-regulation, and embodied learning.

Our methods integrate developmental movement, emotional intelligence, and artistic exploration including dance, theatre and ritual; all within a tapestry of group-based social-emotional learning to create an engaging experience for youth ages 6–18.

A woman and a young girl are engaging in a playful interaction. The woman is crouching down on the ground while the girl stands and reaches toward her with her hands. Both are smiling and appear to be enjoying a moment of connection. The background features a simple, textured wall and some small plants on the ground.

TO EMPOWER YOUTH

The result? Kids who feel seen, understood, and empowered to express themselves fully—while the adults in their lives gain the skills to support them with confidence, clarity, and care. Whether in schools, community programs, or creative spaces, Embodied Youth 360 is shaping a future where young people move, create, and connect with purpose.

DEEPEN THE FOUNDATION

Embodied Energetics: The 360 Compass in Motion

Embodied Energetics introduces EY360 facilitators to the core somatic framework of The 360 Compass, strengthening your capacity to orient, track, and guide embodied experience with clarity and confidence—as well as convey this toolkit to youth.

This training refines your energetic sensitivity, presence, and discernment—skills that directly translate into safer, more impactful spaces for youth. We’re also seeing again and again that children are not only ready for this compass, but thrive when given somatic tools to navigate life from the inside out.

THE NEXT GENERATION EMBODIED

Training for Adults. Empowerment for Youth.

For educators, parents, and facilitators, this training offers the tools and confidence to guide kids through movement- and arts-based social-emotional learning. You'll gain a clear structure for engaging groups effectively, practical exercises that foster connection, a rich toolkit of expressive arts activities, and the critical skills to hold space for the full range of emotional expression—with presence and grounded capacity.

This work empowers youth with a deep reservoir for their emotional regulation, to express themselves creatively, and navigate group dynamics with greater ease. It builds confidence, belonging, and adaptability. Our approach gets kids back into their bodies, away from screens, and into meaningful social and creative experiences that prepare them for a rapidly changing world.

By the end of this training, both adults and youth will be equipped with simple yet powerful practices—like using “I” statements, breathwork, and intentional check-ins—to cocreate a culture of healthy communication, trust, and self-awareness.

This isn’t just education; it’s a movement toward deeper human connection, authentic expression and belonging—within and beyond the studio or classroom.

THE STRUGGLE IS REAL

How will we help them meet the future?

The world is changing fast, and the way kids learn, connect, and express themselves is shifting—often in ways that leave them more disconnected than ever. If we don’t actively create spaces for embodied learning and social-emotional growth, we risk raising a generation that struggles to communicate, self-regulate, and adapt.

We’re a great fit to work together if, as an Educator, Parent &/or Facilitator, you:

  • Aspire to equip kids with confidence and social-emotional skills but need clear structures and tools to do it effectively.

  • Value movement and expressive arts, but aren’t sure how to incorporate these cohesively into your curriculum.

  • Want to create meaningful, real-world connections in an age where screens dominate kids’ attention.

  • Seek to hold space for children’s emotions with more confidence and resilience—while deepening your own emotional intelligence.

  • Believe in teaching beyond academics, fostering adaptability, creativity, and emotional intelligence as essential life skills.

  • Are committed to building a culture of belonging and support, where kids don’t just survive challenges like bullying and anxiety but thrive through connection and self-expression.

FOR THE FUTURE THAT WANTS TO EMERGE

Building Life Skills Through Embodiment, Expression & Connection.

The future belongs to youth who feel confident in their authentic expression, meaningfully connected to others, and capable of navigating life’s challenges with creativity, kindness, and resilience. Yet, in a world dominated by screens and disembodied socialization, many young people are missing the tools they need to express themselves, regulate their emotions, and build real, meaningful connections. Embodied Youth 360 changes that.

Through movement and dance, storytelling and group rituals, we create spaces where kids can step into their full selves—grounded, expressive, and empowered. This isn’t just enrichment; it’s a foundation for life. When youth feel seen, supported, and encouraged to move, create, and connect with others, they don’t just thrive in the moment—they carry these skills into the future, shaping communities that are more compassionate, adaptable, and alive.

What youth can expect to experience in our work together:

  • Confidence in Themselves – Discover their unique voice, movement, and creative expression in a supportive space.

  • Stronger Social Skills – Learn how to communicate, collaborate, and navigate group dynamics with empathy and respect.

  • Emotional Resilience – Develop tools to recognize, express, and regulate their emotions in healthy ways.

  • A Sense of Belonging – Feel seen, heard, and valued in a community that celebrates individuality and shared experiences.

  • Creative Freedom – Explore storytelling, theater, movement, and ritual as powerful ways to express who they are.

  • Culture Building – Experience the power of meaningful teamwork, learning how to contribute to a shared vision, support others, and build a strong, connected community through communication skills, expressive arts and collaboration.

  • More Embodiment, Less Disconnection – Get out of their heads and into their bodies, building self-awareness and presence.

  • Healthy Outlets for Big Feelings – Channel energy, frustration, and excitement into movement and artistic expression.

  • A Break from Screens – Engage in real-world, hands-on experiences that foster deep, meaningful connections.

  • Adaptability & Life Skills – Build the confidence to face challenges, embrace change, and think beyond traditional learning models.

  • Joy & Playfulness – Reclaim the fun and spontaneity of being a kid while developing lifelong skills for growth and self-expression.

A WORD ON LINEAGE

Honoring Our Roots

As a diverse team of educators, artists, therapists, activists, and movers, we bring a breadth and depth of knowledge rooted in many rich lineages. We honor and respect the rich tapestry of teachings, methodologies, and inspiration that lead to the co-creation of Embodied Youth 360. And there are a few that brought us all together:

The 360 Emergence is our mothership, a spirit-driven movement modality that bridges dance and personal growth, rigor and freedom, individuality and the global collective—rooted in an ethic of inclusion and deep care. We also bow to the 5Rhythms, a movement meditation practice, for the origins of our deeper dance roots. And everyone on the teaching team grew up in theater and/or dance performance.
